Back on the water

This past Friday, I finally returned to the farm (although in very limited capacity). I had left it in good hands. My folks had kept everything running smoothly. The oysters I planted in September have grown substantially- some tripling in size in the last month. I am very pleased. I'll be back out again this weekend with their help. I'm very glad to be on the mend.

On the research front, the project has been progressing with the help of UMaine grad student Sean O'Neill and Cooperative Extension Agent Dana Morse. All the treatments are in place and looking good. I'm looking forward to tinkering with the designs to get them working optimally.
